A caterpillar from the Heliothinae subfamily of owlet moths. Photographed in the Ocala National Forest in the sandhill area known as Salt Springs Island.
This caterpillar was on the flower of spurred butterfly pea, Centrosema virginianum.
Heliothinae unknown species is a member of the Noctuidae - Owlet Moths family.
