Shuttle Atlantis STS-117 Launch
The June 8, 2007 launch of shuttle Atlantis as viewed from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station along the Banana River Causeway, about 8 miles from pad 39A. This began mission STS-117 which delivered the starboard truss segment and solar panel array to the International Space Station.
