Suwannee River
The Suwannee River flows nearly 250 miles mostly through Florida, from the Okefenokee Swamp in south Georgia to the Gulf of Mexico.
This page shows various scenes along the Suwannee River in north Florida.
Some of these images were made at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park and Suwannee River State Park. Others were made during backpacking, canoe and kayak paddle camping trips along various sections of the Suwannee River Wilderness State Trail and the parallel Florida National Scenic Trail.
More scenes of subjects close to the Suwannee River include Swift Creek from the Florida Trail, plus Egg Sink and Green Sink in Lafayette Blue Springs State Park.
