Abundant incongruence in a clade endemic to a biodiversity hotspot: Phylogenetics of the scrub mint clade (Lamiaceae),
Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, Vol. 192, 2024, seem to indicate that the scrub mints should be reclassified as to genus and species, with the possibility of new species described. To read more about this, see
