Not native to Florida


A frequent plant of moist disturbed sites throughout most of Florida. This native to tropical America is also found in the southeastern coastal states from Louisiana to South Carolina and Virginia.
Previously classified as Hyptis mutabilis, some experts now call it Cantinoa mutabilis.

Cantinoa mutabilis is a member of the Lamiaceae - Mint family.
